Finding and fixing bugs when a software product is in operation is extremely expensive. Software developers have discovered that validating computer programs should start as early as gathering functional requirements for end-users. Agile processes focus on crafting clean code fast. The presentation will focus on agile practices in the talk: How to Specify Software and Get What You Want.
