Kathryn Condello has over 30 years of industry experience in communications policy, government relations, and security. As Senior Director of National Security / Emergency Preparedness at CenturyLink, Kathryn represents the third-largest U.S. telecommunications company in all Federal government-level policy, planning and operational issues related to national security, emergency preparedness, critical infrastructure protection, cybersecurity, disaster response and continuity of operations. She is Lumen Technologies' representative embedded within the Department of Homeland Security National Coordinating Center for Communications and represents Lumen in all planning and risk assessment activities associated with the DHS National Infrastructure Protection Planning process. Kathryn is the current Vice-Chair of the Communications Sector Coordinating Council and supports Lumen's CEO’s role as Member of the President’s National Security Telecommunications Advisory Committee.

She holds a BA from the University of Virginia, an MBA from Loyola College, and is a graduate of the FEMA National Emergency Management Executive Academy.
